FAQs
There’s no formal application process to join the AceIt Influencer Program. Simply create and post your video or content promoting AceIt. If your post generates more than 10,000 views (on TikTok and Twitter) or more than 100 likes (on Instagram and LinkedIn), you can claim your compensation as per the program’s terms.
To be eligible for compensation under the AceIt Influencer Program:
- You must have an active and public profile on one or more of the following platforms: TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Twitter.
- Your content should align with AceIt’s brand values and not violate any of the content guidelines mentioned in the terms and conditions.
- Your post should generate a minimum of 10,000 impressions/views (on TikTok and Twitter) or a minimum of 100 likes (on Instagram and LinkedIn) to be eligible for compensation.
TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter are the eligible platforms.
You will be paid $3 for every 1,000 impressions/views on TikTok or Twitter and $3 for every 100 likes on Instagram or LinkedIn. However, you must have a minimum of 10,000 impressions/views per post on TikTok and Twitter and 100 likes on Instagram, LinkedIn or Twitter to be eligible for payment.

Payments are made on the last Friday of every month.
Payment will be based on the views on the public profile if there’s a discrepancy between that and the creator analytics.

In the event of multiple claims for the same content, the first claim will be processed.
Yes, AceIt reserves the right to change the terms or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
Yes, you must disclose any paid partnerships or sponsorships in line with legal and platform-specific requirements.
AceIt Influencer Program: Additional Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: The program is open to influencers on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Influencers must have a minimum of 10,000 impressions/views per post (on TikTok and Twitter) or a minimum of 100 likes (on Instagram and LinkedIn) to be eligible for payment.
- Compensation: Every eligible influencer will receive $3 for every 1,000 impressions/views on TikTok and $3 for every 10 likes on LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter.
- Payment Tracking: To claim payment, influencers must send a link to the eligible posts and a screenshot of the creator analytics for the post to affiliates@learnwithjuni.com.
- Discrepancies: In case of a discrepancy between the views on the public profile and the screenshot of the creator analytics, payment will be based on the views on the public profile.
- Claims: Claims for payment must be filed once the influencer believes the post has reached its maximum view potential. Multiple claims for the same post will not be entertained. In the event of multiple claims for the same content, the first claim will be processed.
- Payment Tracking: To claim payment, influencers must send a link to the eligible posts and a screenshot of the creator analytics for the post to affiliates@learnwithjuni.com.
- Discrepancies: In case of a discrepancy between the views/likes on the public profile and the screenshot of the creator analytics, payment will be based on the views on the public profile.
- Content Authenticity: Influencers must ensure that all content created for AceIt is original and does not infringe on the rights of any third parties, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, or rights of publicity.
- Brand Representation: Influencers must not produce content that misrepresents AceIt or its products/services. Any false or misleading information can lead to immediate termination from the program and potential legal action.
- Content Approval: AceIt reserves the right to request changes or deny the use of specific content if it is deemed inappropriate, off-brand, or potentially harmful to the company’s image.
- Prohibited Content: Influencers are prohibited from creating content that:
- Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or any other defining characteristics.
- Contains explicit, obscene, or offensive material.
- Promotes illegal activities or substances.
- Misleads viewers about the effectiveness or capabilities of AceIt’s products/services.
- Disclosure: Influencers must clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship with AceIt in all promotional content. This includes using platform-specific tags like #ad, #sponsored, or any other indication of a paid partnership.
- Exclusivity: Unless otherwise agreed upon, influencers must not promote competing ACT or SAT test prep tools for the duration of their partnership with AceIt.
- Termination for Breach: AceIt reserves the right to terminate the partnership and withhold payment if an influencer breaches any of these terms and conditions.
- Liability: Influencers will be held liable for any damages or losses incurred by AceIt due to the influencer’s breach of these terms and conditions.
- Review Period: AceIt reserves the right to have a review period for all content before it is posted. During this time, AceIt may request changes or provide approval for the content to be posted.
- Termination: AceIt reserves the right to terminate or change the terms of this program at any time without prior notice.
- Feedback: Influencers must be open to feedback from AceIt regarding the content and make necessary adjustments if required.
- Rights to Use: By participating in the program, influencers grant AceIt the right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the promotional content for marketing, promotional, and other business-related purposes.
